capnash
I have the new dual 1 ghz Mac g4 with a Pioneer DVD-RW drive DVR-104 yet it doesn't show up as an available drive with Retrospect 5. I thought this was a compatable drive. Any help would be appreciated.
laarree
I have the exact same new-model Mac with the Pioneer DVR-104. The DVR-104 shows up as an available storage device on my system, listed in the Configure/Devices/Storage Devices window as Pioneer DVD/CD-RW, ATAPI-A. I'm using Retrospect Backup 5.0.236. It is listed as a compatible device on its hardware compatibilty page http://www.dantz.com/index.php3?SCREEN=compatibility_list_detail&id=8587 with some comments about its slow performance. capnash
It just doesn't show up in system 9.2.2. It shows up ok in OS X but I need it in OS 9. Maybe an extension conflict?
