pamodell
Has anyone resolved error 204 messages? I'm using os 9.2.2, a que 12x10x32 disc burner with bundled toast software. I recently upgraded to express 5. I haven't been able to get it to function yet. It scans the source disc, but has never written. At first I was getting error 1 messages. that has stopped after updating to carbon lib 1.6. Now it says my device is busy, or simply crashes. I have tried booting up from base extensions, but express wouldn't launch until I turned quicktime on?! I just don't know what to do next. I have done all the appropriate driver updates. I did notice that some people using logitech optical mice had to update a driver for that. I am using a microsoft optical mouse, but there doesn't seem to be any updates for that driver. Any suggestions. (all authoring 1.1.9 extensions are off.) thanks, Pam

AmyJ
This drive is not yet supported for use with Retrospect. For a list of currently qualified devices, please see: Hardware Search Enginecolor=blue> Dantz goes through a rigorous qualification process with every drive we test. This means that not every drive will be qualified and we can never guarantee that a particular device will be supported. Some drives do not get qualified ever, and some take 6 months to a year to get support. We have no way of telling if this drive will be supported or not at this moment. We add device support often though, so do check back with our Hardware Compatibility list.
