Can't save Catalog File, error -1103 ( write protected)

We Recently upgraded to Retrospect Multi Server 7.7 (64bit) running on a 64bit Windows 7 Enterprise machine.


We are backing up to 2x1TB Seagate, and 1x1.5TB Seagate, USB drives until the proper storage arrives after christmas.


Initially everything was fine but now the two main scripts fail randomly with the error in the title.


I have ensured that everyone has full control of the folders and when this failed full control of the drives, with the exception of C:


The proactive backup, however, is not having any problems.
