iPad Client not connecting

I have downloaded the latest version of the Retrospect client for iPad. I cannot get it to connect to the server which is running Server version 8.2.0 Build 399


We are running a firewall between our Wireless and wired networks but I am assuming that it uses the standard Retrospect port of 497. We don't have a problem with any of the other machines (MacBooks) connecting to the server through this firewall.
