Cannot add any new media sets

I am a new Retrospect user and have inherited a backup system in a new position.

 

I am trying to update and finesse the current backup scheme but I can't seem to add any new Media Sets (Disk, tape, nothing) to Retrospect Server 8.

 

I have tried pausing all schedules and the Add button is still grayed out.

 

I am trying to add a disk media set (Promise XRAID as the destination for the set) and the Retrospect Server app lives on a Xserve (2,1) directly connected to the RAID and to a HP Autoloader.
