error -1111 (locked range conflict)

Hi EMC,

 

I am having a issue with a client using retrospect 7.6 one user has continual issues with pst backup. i have had a good look around for answers and the customer has all the settings done and the correct open file backup license and everything.

 

what can i do to fix this so there are no more errors during backups

It isn't clear what you do and how you do it. What is "Storage", for instance?

Do the other users run Outlook? And they have no problems?
