ctierney
Hello, Is it possible to parse Operations_log.utx? I use to be able to parse "Operations Log" in our previous version. But the new log appears binary. Is it compressed? Thanks for any tips.

ctierney
We're running 8.2.190.1 Edited March 25, 2010 by Guest
rhwalker
We're running 8.2 That's very interesting. There is no such version. Here are the current versions of Retrospect 8: Retrospect 8 updates By the way, if you are running some version (certainly not 8.2) of Retrospect 8, the right place to post your question would be the Retrospect 8 forum: Retrospect 8 for Macintosh forum Although it's not clear from the forum names, this is the Retrospect 6.x for Macintosh forum. Retrospect 6 is a very different product from Retrospect 8. We can only wish for Retrospect 8.2. Russ

rhwalker
It's an alpha version to test some problems we were having. Well, then, you will have to contact EMC Support for questions about unreleased versions: Contact EMC Retrospect Support And you might want to review any NDA that came with the software. These forums are user-to-user support for released versions. Russ
