options pane for media set is no longer active

I have 7 media sets defined in R8. Something I did while experimenting with settings caused one of the sets to get its options disabled. I mean that when I view the options tab for any set, I can set the grooming and catalog options. For that one set, all buttons and popups are gray and inactive. How do I get them active again? I set grooming on that set and I can't undo it. I did set grroming for two different sets, which activated grooming scripts to run yesterday. They finished and I could change one set back to no grooming but I am in a pickle with the other one.

Furthermore, the backup script which uses this media does not run as scheduled anymore. On the list of scripts, for all scripts, it says, that next run is tomorrow or next day. For this one script, it says that next run is today at 3 am -- which is way past, of course, and the script did not run last night.

I just restarted the server computer. After the restart, the retrieve snapshot script started running on this set, so having the options disabled is probably valid. Yesterday, that script ran as well (after I set the grooming) but the option pane remained disabled after it finished running and there was no other script running. I will see what happens today after snapshot retrieval is done.

I should add that the backup script did not run again as scheduled last night. Log says that retrieve snapshot finished around 11 pm and backup should run at 4 am. It seems that R8 tried to run that backup immediately after I restarted the computer, but failed:

This can be just a conflict with the retrieve snapshot script which started at the same time.
