How to get Disaster Recovery Disk to recognize NAS drive??

Recommended Posts

I have just purchased a NAS drive and tried to test the disaster recovery disk with 7.7. the NAS is a Western Digital My Book World. I could not see the network drive (where the system image is stored) when I tried to boot from the disk. I had previously contacted technical support and they said you could load drivers using the retrospect boot, then see the disk. I tried this, was unable to get it to work (assuming I identified the right driver). Does anyone know how to get the disk to see the network drive??
