emulator
with so many problems with the 7.7 update (this update is just EVIL), I think that this update should really just be pulled until the problems can be resolved. I've never seen a release this buggy!!
jrosebrook
I agree! Stop putting people through the disaster the rest of us have been through. Not cool.
Richy_Boy
Agreed obviously. Our business is at risk until a fix is released. Hey, but it's OK... one might be coming in April!! Netgear had the very same problem by releasing a buggy firmware for their ReadyNAS products. Companies use these for file servers and other core storage facilities. Netgear refused to pull the update and many people walked away from the product and spat venom at anyone asking for an opinion. Netgear also forgot they're not dealing with (just) home users, businesses lose money and people loose jobs over their mistakes. rhwalker
I've never seen a release this buggy!! I can see you've never used Retrospect 8. Russ
emulator
Nope...never used Retro 8. But seeing that 7.7 uses the same engine as 8, I can only imagine how buggy 8 is :-(
