twflynch
I shutdown retrospect engine, then ran the firmware upgrade (EFI 1.2). When the system came back after reboot I started up the retrospect console and was prompted for my license. i entered the license, but now all of my scripts, logs, sources, etc. are gone. Which is it? Russ
albert
I just noticed the same problem. I had to re-enter my retrospect serial number and all my scripts, history of B/U's, etc. are gone. There is a comment about this already being covered but the link goes to the software update page where updates and the like are available. I don't see anything about this problem there and I am running the latest version of retrospect 8 for Mac on an intel mac. How can I recover all my scripts??????????????????????????? Maser
Hopefully, you have been backing up the \library\application support\retrospect\config80.dat file. If so, you can restore that file and put it back in play. If not, there's no other way to restore your previous configuration...
twflynch
I was asking a question - what happened to my settings, scripts, etc? How do I get them back? The second post was a comment that I had found the answer in another post.
