ddodge
My client has Retrospect for Windows Professional 7.0.326 version 7.0.12.105. Suddenly this error is popping up, but randomly, on every client machine on the network. I have power-cycled the router and switch, the clients and the host. What's the next step to resolve this? rhwalker
Did the clients change IP? From a DHCP static map scope by MAC address? If so, they should always get the same IP. Or, do you assign IP from a DHCP dynamic pool? If so, they could get different IP addresses if the DHCP server reboots and starts its lease pool over. How did you originally add the clients to Retrospect? (By IP? By name using Retrospect's multicast/broadcast client discovery?) Sure it's not an "Error -530"? See if this helps: Error -530 (Backup client not found) Russ
