Error 530 client not found

Did the clients change IP? From a DHCP static map scope by MAC address? If so, they should always get the same IP. Or, do you assign IP from a DHCP dynamic pool? If so, they could get different IP addresses if the DHCP server reboots and starts its lease pool over.

 

How did you originally add the clients to Retrospect? (By IP? By name using Retrospect's multicast/broadcast client discovery?)

 

Sure it's not an "Error -530"?
