lbenac
I have two problems running Retrospect 7.7 208: 1) REV 70GB internal SATA which is supposedly supported - archive or backup stop at 2GB and retrospect just spins its wheels doing nothing until shutdown 2) Email notice send me everything from starting Retrospect to shutting it instead of only useful information on errors,... rhwalker
Thanks for the link.Is there a way to download 7.7 203? I did not kept a copy of it when I installed 208. Interestingly, it's not to be found in the Retrospect downloads archive. However, until the files are removed, here are the old links, which seem to work: 7.7.203 32-bit download 7.7.203 64-bit download Russ
lbenac
Thanks a lot for the links. Just tried with 203 no luck same issue of Retrospect stuck in an endless loop at 2 GB. So much for industry strength product... The worst of this is that Iomega is part of EMC2. So far here the score card: 1) REV backup not functioning 2) MD5 not functioning > errors during verification 3) backup to ftp folder on Iomega Network drive > not functioning (wait of course it is another EmC2 product so it should not be supported  ) 4) email notification dutifully warn me when Retrospect starts, when Retrospect stops... all very useful information :eyes: I am starting to wonder if I should just return to Acronis.
