BudinPA
I'm using Retrospect version 7.0.301 with Windows 7. I created two run documents (as administrator) that I want a normal (non-administrator) user to be able to run. When the user tries to run the run document, we get a backup that finishes with error 1020 sharing violation errors. Is there any way to allow a non-administrator user to manually run a backup without errors. Thanks, BudinPA
Mayoff
7.0 is not supported on Windows
BudinPA
I've updated to Retrospect 7.7. Now when i try to run a backup as a non-admin user using a run document it asks for the administrator password. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks. BudinPA
As I said, I've upgraded to 7.7 and i still can't have a non-admin user run a run docoument without the user needing admin credentials. If this is how it's going to work please let me know and i'll come up with a workaround. A simple reply is appreciated.
