phoenixpro Posted December 30, 2009 Report Share Posted December 30, 2009 I have retrospect 7.6 on a Windows 2003 server. For some reason, once in a while, the program quits responding. When I try to launch it, I get a small blue window (below): To correct the problem, I get the task manager and manually kill Retrospect.exe *32 from the processes list. I then launch retrospect and everything starts working again. Sometimes, the problem has existed for several days before I know there is an issue. How can I prevent this error?
