8.1 build 626 (but happened with previous builds) engine running on Mac OSX Server 10.4.11, console running on Leopard 10.5.6. Main backup to external firewire drive is working fine, but when trying to stage (using a copy backup script) to Overland AIT library, we get the following errors in the log, and the script never completes:

lmNeeded: memory pool missing, needed = 208, nsp->start = 1141047296, nsp->end = 77332480, nsp->count = -1140850688, nsp->flags = 0x4000000

!Can't save Catalog File, error -625 ( unknown)

12/15/2009 12:59:08 AM: Execution incomplete

Remaining: 1938 files, 493.7 GB

Completed: 266 files, 156.5 GB

Performance: 367.7 MB/minute

Duration: 07:21:44 (00:06:10 idle/loading/preparing)

Customer is rightly complaining that they have no offsite backup since moving from Retrospect 6.

Please help

!Can't save Catalog File, error -625 ( unknown)

12/17/2009 9:11:45 PM: Execution incomplete

Completed: 17610 files, 19.0 GB

Performance: 263.0 MB/minute

Duration: 01:16:34 (00:02:55 idle/loading/preparing)

Running 8.1.626

G5 Dual 2GHz

MAC OS 10.5.8

SpectraLogic 2K AIT Tape Library

I am trying a Disk backup with the catalog stored in the default location to see if error is repeatable.
