Version 7.7 Client pack license issue

I haven't contacted customer service yet....


I've installed the driver update, and it hasn't fixed the issue. The problem isn't one of recognising a licence pack add-on (which I think is the issue which it addresses), it's that my OEM 7.5/7.6 install had 5 licences included, not the 2 of a non-OEM purchase.

Just so you know, I tried to contact customer support this morning - the web-site pointed me to emcinsigniasupport_eu@emc.com as the appropriate address - I'm in the UK.


I registered at the site, including the serial number of my Retro 7.7


I then logged a support message with iomega_eu_en@mailca.custhelp.com where I had to enter all my details again.


They have just come back to me saying that


"- For all licensing issues, please contact Retrospect_customerservice@emc.com"


So I've forwarded the message to them...
