Installing User Initiated Restore in Server 2008

Does anyone know how to get User Initiated Restore (Retrospect 7.6.123) working in Server 2008 SP2?

I've followed the instructions in the tutorial (KB 8353), installed ASP.NET 1.1.4322, ran the registration tool (KB 8344), but I can't get UIR installed from the Preferences panel.

I did create the virtual directory "myrestore" in the Default Web Site, thinking at least I would have a place to point the UIR installer, but it still doesn't work.

I'm sure my problem stems from my unfamiliarity with IIS 7 and all the services that need to be turned on -- I had no difficulty with IIS 6 and Server 2003.

Any help would be appreciated.
