mcollien
In the process of using grooming for one of our media sets (disk based) - the grooming fails with a catalog not found error. I am trying to rebuild the catalog. I go through the steps, and when I select the location for the rebuilt catalog I get a dialog box stating "This is an existing Media Set. Do you want to replace it?" with Cancel and Rebuild as the options. Clicking rebuild results in nothing happening, just dumps me back to the previous screen where the new catalog location is chosen. The log error is: 11/9/09 11:53:56 AM Retrospect[99625] BackupSet::isBusy exception: Object(id=146) doesn't exists or already deleted. Any thoughts on how to get the rebuild to happen? Thanks. rhwalker
Mark, what is the date range for the media set to which this catalog pertains? If it starts before November 1, 2009, I would suggest waiting until tomorrow to do this, after the bugfix release for the serious Daylight Savings Time bug. mcollien
This set does indeed go back prior to Nov 1. Thanks for the response. I'll apply the update when it's available and try again.
