Cant see volumes

I have installed retrospect client on 2 test machines. The software can see volumes on 1 computer but not the other. They are both able to connect and the software is working properly. You can set time offset but just cant see volumes on the 1 machine. Any ideas?

The other machines that aren't listing volumes are win98 machines so they don't have admin rights on them. One win98 machine works fine but not the other.

 

 

 

When i goto configure/clients it shows no volumes at all under any of the 3 choices. I can't find a thing this is different.

 

 

 

But I have tried on several others and it is just random which ones work and which ones don't.

This seems to be an indication of a permissions problem. Make sure the Everyone

 

group is assigned to the hard disks. Uninstall and Reinstall the client

 

while logged in as admin, make sure the everyone group has not been removed

 

from the root of each disk.

 

 

 

See what happens.
