Davideqg
I am having trouble getting Retrospect 5 desktop to recognize my tape drive. Here's my setup: SDT-7000 (APS branded) SCSI drive 867mhz powermac G4 Mac OS X 10.1.5 Adaptec Powerdomain 2930 SCSI card It works fine with Retrospect 4.3 when I boot into OS 9, but not in OS X. Any suggestions?

Guest
Does OS X's Apple System Profiler see the drive? Updated Adaptec drivers for this card can be found at: http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/product/markeditorial.html?cat=%2fTechnology%2fMacintosh&prodkey=mac_osx_info&type=Technology Also, under OS X, it's important that the drive is connected to a card with the same pin configuration.
