texesa
Hi All, I have a random problem. When my backup finishes over night to a backup set, it then tranfers this backup (via another script) to an external disk. My problem is, on random days the backup to the external disk takes 3 and a half hours -which is normal, but on some days it can take up to 6 hours ! The backup set is approx 300GB. The time increase does happen (on most occasions) when I check to see where the backup is up to when I log on to Retrospect via RDP. I currently use the latest version of Retrospect Multi-server Anyone else had this problem ? Thanks
Mayoff
What are the MB/Min figures for each backup example as shown in the log?
texesa
Hi, I managed to find out why it was taking ages ! The verification check was on numerous scripts. I turned it off and now it backs up in 3 1/2 hours - which is normal. Thanks
