jdavidbakr
I've got a backup running on my home folder on Macintosh HD for the last several years (Documents, Music, Pictures, etc). I just upgraded my Mac and used the migration utility but when I run Retrospect it shows the old drive as being off-line. Now, I can kind of understand this, except I don't really want to re-backup all the 70 GB of data - so is there a way to make it see the new "Macintosh HD" as the old "Macintosh HD" and continue the backup uninterrupted? Lennart_T
Just do a "Normal" backup of your new drive. That will backup only the new and/or updated files.
