Jack Sparrow
Hi ! I am using Retrospect 7 to save several folders on several servers. I changed yesterday the IP of one of the servers. But when i try to change the client configuration IP on Retrospect, i get the Error - 505 (reserved client). So Retrospect keep in mind the last IP, and i obviously get errors during the backup. Any idea to make it all work like before ? Thx !
Mayoff
505 error does not happen because of the new IP. it happens because the client software thinks it is in use. Try to turn the client off for a few minutes and back on again. Or just restart the client.

Jack Sparrow
Arf... in fact, i should have just waited for the backup to be finished. No IP modifications are allowed during backup Thx !
