Gnurps
I have a new MacBook Pro running Leopard, 10.5.4. I need to keep the firewall on. I have seen some messages about turning it off to allow the Retro server to get at the computer, but none about how to allow Retro server get through the firewall. I tried adding Retro client (v 6.2.229) as a service/application that can receive incoming connections. That did not do it. The Retro server is on an iMac running 10.4 Tiger. Thanks, Gary
CallMeDave
I tried adding Retro client (v 6.2.229) as a service/application that can receive incoming connections. What exactly did you add? /Applications/Retrospect Client.app ? or /Applications/Retrospect Client.app/Contents/MacOS/Retrospect Client
Gnurps
The latter path is valid: /Applications/Retrospect Client.app/Contents/MacOS/Retrospect Client Gary
