texesa
Never mind, just found out you can't - but you can shut down a MAC.
Mayoff
Mac OS X clients do not shutdown after backup. Only OS 9 Clients can shutdown after a backup.

Not true - our Mac OS X clients shut down every day after the backup using the EMC-provided script: Shutdown Mac OS X clients after backup Russ
Mayoff
This script is totally unsupported by EMC and I have no idea if it even works with the 6.2 client, so officially Mac OS X clients do not shutdown after backup. If the unsupported script works, then you should continue using it. I just can't recommend it because I have never used it
