Prophead
I have this problem where I try to do a short erase on a tape and it comes up with an internal consistency error.. "assertion check at arc.c-???" anyone else had this experience?
ChuckS
Haven't seen this one before. In order to intelligently comment on it, though, more detail is necessary. What device is this? Bus? OS (including build)? If SCSI and OS X, what SCSI adapter are you using? Does this happen on multiple tapes? What kind of media is this?
Prophead
It´s a Macintosh, running tha latest version of Retrospect. I´m using a Tandberg DLT Autoloader and when I try to erase a tape, I get this "Internal Consistency" thing and a message that an assertion check failed at arc.c-1382 or something similar.
