garrtech Posted July 25, 2008 Report Share Posted July 25, 2008 I have several clients that use the Proactive backup feature. The schedules are set to backup a users profile every 2 days. The feature itself works just fine and completes successfully each time... however, the clients keep getting a pop-up stating that it has been since xx/xx/xxxx since their last backup. As per the setting on the Retrospect Client, it shouldn't announce this until 7 days of missed backups have passed. So clients who's backups have successfully completed (confirmed by checking the History tab) are getting this message. I can disable this notification option: I really don’t want to do that.
