Error 525 (name/login conflict)

I installed Retrospect Client 7.6.106 on an XP box. When trying to add the client via Retrospect Backup 6.1.126 on my Mac OS 10.4.11 Xserve, I receive the following error:

 

Error 525 (name/login conflict)

 

I tried re-installing the client and I still receive the same error.

 

Any ideas on how to remedy this?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
