anthonyc17
I just tried the fix, but it's still happening on my system. I have attempted this 5 times now, and each time Retrospect quits. I've got all of the crash logs. Any other suggestions? Help!!!

I've got all of the crash logs. Any other suggestions? Help!!! Anthony, just so we can be sure we are working on the same problem (and fix), could you please provide some more information? Specifically, (1) version of Mac OS X running on your system (10.x.x) (2) version of Retrospect running on your system (6.x.x) (3) version of Retrospect Driver Update (RDU) running on your system (6.x.x.x) (4) The CPU architecture (PPC or Intel) that you have (5) if you have any Retrospect clients, the Retrospect client version (6.x.x) (6) Precisely what is "this" that you have tried 5 times? (7) What is Retrospect doing when the crash occurs? We'll try to help if you can provide information. Russ
