prstoessel
Oh - okay. So I misread your previous email. The "known bug" was referring to the "didn't compare" issue, not the Exchange mailbox issue. Thanks for clearing that up. I appreciate all of your time in improving my backup experience. prstoessel
Well - backing up the Exchange boxes is like rolling the dice for me. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I still get error -1121 codes. Does it matter if the backup is taking place during the day? Also, I have occassionally been getting an error indicating that Retrospect unexpectedly quit and the information is written to a "assert_log.utx". But I'll be darned if I can find the file. prstoessel
Here is another example of a backup I just ran. I am going to re-run it right now and I'll bet you that it will work just fine. I cannot figure out the inconcistencies... prstoessel
Retrospect crashed again during last night's backup. It returned an error relating to "tmonitor.cpp-63" and wrote the error log to "assert_log.utx". It asked if I wanted to send the error report, which I did, then quit. This happens about once per week. What can be done about this?

Others typically need to pay for support, but if the issue is a bug, we refund the cost of support. What is your Retrospect version?
