jpalmisa Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 I just learned, the hard way, that Iomega backup pro's default backup was to compress the files (.iab) files. I also learned that Iomega Backup Pro cannot restore their own compressed files...can you believe that!!! Since Iomega is now using Retrospect with its HDDs, can Retrospect restore my previous compressed Iomega backups? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mayoff Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 No, Retrospect can only read Retrospect data. You should contact Iomega about about restoring the .iab files.
