databuzz Posted March 3, 2008 Report Share Posted March 3, 2008 I'm running Retrospect 7.5.508 with driver update 7.5.13.100 and backup up to external VXA 320 tape drive (on Windows XP SP2). It generally works fine but sometimes for no apparent reason it will backup one drive and then hang/freeze before it starts comparing the backup. There's nothing in the log about what happened and all I can do is force quit Retrospect as it's no responding. VXA has up to date firmware.
