Trep
I am trying to update from vs7.5.387 to vs7.5.508. Having downloaded the update file and started the update process, a window pops up with this message: Files in use - some files that need to be updated are currently in use......Close these applications and click Retry to continue. Retrospect Launcher (Process id 5720) On checking with the Task Manager there is no trace of this file in use. How do I resolve this? Thanks Trep

Mayoff
On Vista, you must uninstall before you can install the update. This is in the product read me document.
