Retrospect crashes with no error and no log

Recommended Posts

This is happening on two different SBS machines. At some point during a backup (have not been able to determine when), the attached error occurs.

There is no assert-log.txt file that we can find, and no events are logged in the Windows event logs.

If I clear the error and restart Retrospect, it appears to perform the backup.

Can anyone tell me how I would start troubleshooting this? No changes have been made to the servers or to Retrospect as far as I know.
