starkitty
I use Retrospect for basic backup functionality. When I closed the application after I configured my backup schedule I read in the manual that there is supposed to be a small, red square in the task tray. I do not see that icon. However, the Retrospect services are running. Is the icon for something other than general backup scheduling? This is a Vista PC. Thanks! dnpeters
Two possibilities.... 1) Right click the Windows Taskbar and select Properties. Make sure the "Hide inactive icons" box isn't checked. 2) Launch Retrospect and on the Configure menu click Preferences and Setup. Make sure the "Show taskbar icon" box is checked. Good luck. - Dave
