waltmoody
After a (successful?) restore of my entire C Drive I now have a Retrospect Helper window stating "Can't restore removable storage management data (device not ready)." It will not go away. If I click on X or OK..a reboot is forced...and there it is again! A small Retrospect Helper Service window also is visible with Updating Registry checked, Deleting Temporary folder checked and Updating meta data UN checked. I'm running XP Home SP2 & Retro Pro 7.5 on a newer HP desktop. Help!
eppinizer
What device were you restoring from? Could it have been disconnected during the restore process, maybe while rebooting? What retrospect update are you using (7.5.***) and do you have the current RDU 7.5.13.100? Did this helper window appear after the first time your OS was rebooted? -Jeff
