jwright
We are running Retrospect Server 7.5 (latest release and patches). When one of our mac clients upgraded to the latest version of OS X, their machine became unaccessible. Retrospect can't see the client. Before I harass the user more, I wanted to find out if OS X 10.5 clients are even supported yet. If not, when will they be? Thanks, Jeff
Mayoff
They are fully supported. Try turning off the 10.5 firewall.
rhwalker
I suggest you read the following thread, all the way to the end. Various solutions are discussed, but it does work. Leopard firewall blocks Retrospect client Russ
jwright
I tried turning the firewall off, and reinstalled the client (though the client files are very old for the mac). I will take a look at the thread, that sounds promising! Thanks, J
