jmoomaw
I've just finished setting up a new Lenovo T61 Thinkpad with XP Pro and about 30G of apps and data on C-drive, and creating a full Retrospect backup set to Infrant ReadyNAS NV+ server. However when running the wizard to create the bootable iso image I got a warning that it's too large (ended up at 927MB). I didn't bother trying to burn. Since no vendor ships OS media disks anymore, where does that leave me? How do I recover if I have no boot disk and no OS disti CD? Do you document any of these situations someplace? Doing searches on this topic on your website yielded nothing.
Mayoff
Directions for doing a full system restore are outlined in the user's guide. You would basically install Windows with the service pack installed during the backup, install Retrospect and then do a Restore>Restore Entire Volume.
