renue
On our two Leopard clients (G5 and Mac Pro), every night the Retrospect software on the Tiger Server says that the backup was complete and that no files needed to be copied. But I know they do, because I backup the users folder every night, including Entourage emails. I have updated the Tiger server Retrospect software to: 6.1.138 The two Leopard clients over the network have: 6.1.130 Any suggestions? CallMeDave
If you set up an Immediate Backup, using those Clients as the Sources, and the same Backup Set for the Destination, then click on "Files Chosen," what do you see in the Browser window that opens? rhwalker
Depending on how the Leopard install was done (wipe and install?), Retrospect may now think that these clients have different volumes if the Volume ID has changed. Go to "Configure > Clients", look at the visible volumes on those clients. You may need to change the source on those clients. Russ
renue
What I ended up doing was "forgetting" those two clients and then re-connecting to them. I am running the script now and will see if it works. Kevin
