CAH123 Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 I have Retrospect Express HD installed on my laptop. It has worked fine until recently. When I connect the drive to my PC, the window comes up that says"Welcome to Retrospect Express HD for Maxtor One Touch". Then it says "updating your status....0 restore points available". There is a Setup and Restore button on the bottom but when you click on them, nothing happens. This stays like this until I quit. I have unistalled and reinstalled the software. There is no change. I have successfully backed up a different PC with this Maxtor drive and Retrospect software. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
