Guest
When Retrospect is running, the CD in the CD/DVD drive is invisible to all other applications and Retrospect also. When I try to make a Disater Recovery CD, Retrospect will not find the files on Windows CD. I can choose the drive, but the CD seems empty. There is no problem to run a Custom Configuration test on the CD/DVD drive. When I close Retrospect, the content of the CD is imidiately showing in Explorer. So I wonder why Retrospect hides the content of the CDs? The CD/DVD drive is: SONY DVD RW DW-G120A. Windows XP SP2 Media Center Edition. AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200. 2 GB RAM. Retrospect Professional 7.5.
