Error -1102

I am using Retrospect 7.5.387 and I am trying to backup my C:\Documents and Setting\ folder, but it always fails with error -1102 (drive missing/unavailable).


I read the KnowledgeBase article but it did not help. Retrospect was installed and is executing with Administrative authority.


Any suggestions on how I can fix this problem or further diagnose it would be appreciated.
