AMCarter3 Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 Occasionally, my dock shows that I have two Retrospect applications running on my MacBook Pro (OS 10.4.11). Both show identical information as far as the location of the application (ver. 6.1.138). I have triple checked my computer and cannot find a duplicate copy of Retrospect. As far as I can tell, it is two versions of the SAME application running at the SAME time. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Mayoff Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 I believe this happens for multiple reasons. We found one reason we could reproduce in house and fixed that in 6.1.138. I re-opened this issue as a bug because clearly users still have this problem. It would be helpful to know exactly what steps you use to reproduce the problem.
