markhug Posted December 29, 2007 Report Share Posted December 29, 2007 I have a 2003 sbs with exchange. When I run the Retrospect backup to backup the exchange and mailboxes, the server lockups up. The backup was set to run at 12:00 am and the system would lockup at 2:30 am (dive or take 15 minutes). I changed the time on the backup to 9:00 pm and it locked up at 11:45pm. I setup the Microsoft exchange server backup to backup at 4:00 pm, thinking there may be a conflict, that did not help. The last entry in the system log is ESE Backup, so apparently Retrospect must use it in some fashion for there backup. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
