Jlneufeld Posted December 25, 2007 Report Share Posted December 25, 2007 I'm running Retrospect Pro 7.5.387 on Vista Ultimate. Lately I have been getting multiple "error -106" when attempting backup to an external USB drive I have used before. "Update existing catalog file" did not help. Neither did attempting to use a new backup set on a different external USB drive. CHKDSK indicates both disks are fine. I thought I would try an uninstall and reinstall of the program. It will not uninstall from the Vista control panel. I would appreciate any help, or at least instructions on how to manually uninstall the program, including removing traces from the registry.
