Lennart_T
Hello. HP server, running MS Windows 2003 server. Intel Xeon 3GHz, 3GB RAM. This is our Exchange server and we have been backing it up successfully for two years to a Sony AIT-2 loader. Running Retrospect 7.0.244, Driver Update 7.0.12.105. After updating the OS to Service Pack 2 last week, we always get the following error: Can't access volume First Storage Group, error -1221 (can't access databse) How can I fix this? Regards Lennart

Lennart_T
Thanks. It says: "The backup of Exchange Mailboxes..." I should have mentioned (Sorry!) that the mailboxes are backed up. It's just the "First Storage Group" that isn't backed up. Anyway, I tried the document, but I only got to step 4: Make the user a member of "Local Admins". How do I do that? (Steps 1-3 is fine.)
Mayoff
Local admins is only needed if Retro is installed on the exchange server itself.
