Retrospect 6.5 Error: Scanning incomplete, error -625 (not enough memory)

Hey All,

 

I am not sure about this error, but every time I try to browse a client volume from the volume database, I get this Retrospect Error: Scanning incomplete, error -625 (not enough memory) . My box has more than enough memory and so those the clients I am connecting to.

 

I was coming to a conclusion that Retrospect 6.5 cannot run safely on a 6v bit system

 

The box spec is

Dell PE 2950

Intel Xeon 2 GHz

4 GB of Ram

Windows Server 2003 Std x64 Edition

 

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
