Oleg-BT
I purchased Iomega UtraMax 650 GB external drive which came in set with the Retrospect Express 7.5.387. When I tried to make a back up first time the Express hanged for very long time on "preparing for back up..." mode. Recently I discovered that back up was placed on the local disk C instead on New Volume E. My computer becaame eXtremely slow. The Defrag showed that a lion share of the disk C now poluted with fragmented Retrospect files which are "undefragmentable". How I can get rid of those files? I have such filling that the Express in not compatible with eighter my Dell Dimention 4600c or my UltraMax. What I do not see this as a problem. As soon I will get rid fragmented files I will uninstall Express and try something different. Any suggestion? Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions.
