Delete old .rdb files

Hello everyone. I am trying to clean up my disk space, but am having a terrible time of it. I had configured a backup set to use one disk, and then one day it said it was full and where shall I continue this backup. So I told it where, which was fine, but now I don't know how to properly remove the old .rdb's that are over a month old in the original location.

 

ie:

 

Originally set to Backup to F:\Retrospect\1-Shared - this is where all the old data is

 

Now it is Backing up to E:\Retrospect\2-Shared - the more recent backups are going here and I can use the grooming feature on this folder, but not the original folder.

 

 

I hope I have made sense in this post, and even better still, I hope someone can help me properly clean out the old backups.
